Ever since Rafih FiLLi – CEO FiLLi Café, took over his father’s business to sell tea from a small cafe, he has come a long way in building and expanding his brand both locally and regionally. When most of the local brands focused on selling coffee, Rafih took the opportunity to cater to the regional taste with their famous zafran tea. They recently announced their big step globally for FiLLi Café franchise in Texas, USA, with the first store scheduled for opening in September 2021.
The franchise agreement was signed by Rafih FiLLi, in the presence of senior management officials of the company, with a well-known F&B company based out of Houston. Moreover, they plan to operate 20 FiLLi Café outlets shortly covering the cities of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.
“The first FiLLi Café store which is expected to open in Houston this year in September will have a special curated menu for that region including our famous zafran tea and signature items. The brand will cater to the huge Asian community as well as the broad multi-cultural ethnicities across the Texas region,” said Rafih FiLLi, founder and CEO of FiLLi Café Chain.
This partnership is the first step into the USA. Further, they plan to expand their footprint in Canada as well. In addition to Texas, they are also considering expansion into Chicago and New York/New Jersey in the coming months.
