Curry Up Now expands in Sacramento California

Akash and Rana Kapoor, a husband and wife team who started Curry Up Now as a food truck, have witnessed an increase in demand for their menu options that put a modern twist on traditional Indian food and their fresh, tasty ingredients.

In addition to the brand’s expansion and growth in states like California, New Jersey, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, and Indiana, Curry Up Now recently received recognition for its franchisee support systems, financial stability, and brand strength by being included in the 2023 Entrepreneur Franchise 500 List.

Curry Up Now has announced the launch of its newest store in Sacramento, further improving its position as the largest and fastest-growing Indian cuisine franchise in the country. This is the second franchise facility for the company in Sacramento, giving it a total of 20 locations countrywide in addition to three food trucks and a number of digital kitchen outposts. With the participation of local dignitaries, including the mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen, Curry Up Now marked the launch of this new location with a sizable “burrito cutting” ceremony and the distribution of more than 1,000 of its renowned burritos and bowls.

Curry Up Now distinguishes itself with a menu that features Burritos, Bowls, Indian Street Food, Thali Platters, Sexy Fries, Naughty Naan, and Deconstructed Samosas. Curry Up Now also uses ingredients that are as locally sourced as possible and supports halal, keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets.
