Franchisees of Venture X and Office Evolution join forces

The top coworking businesses, Venture X and Office Evolution have teamed up to purchase more properties, giving flexible office spaces to high-demand regions.

Eight Office Evolution sites in Denver, including Boulder, Broomfield (Interlocken), Downtown Denver, Golden, DTC Greenwood Village, Lone Tree (Park Meadows), South Hover Longmont, and Louisville, have been acquired by a consortium of six Venture X and Office Evolution franchise owners.

As a result of the transaction, a cross-branded local franchise group with 12 locations, including three Venture X and nine Office Evolution, spread around the Denver metro region, was created.

Channen, the majority partner of the local group, says: “When we were approached with the opportunity to acquire Office Evolution’s eight locations in Denver, all of us decided to join forces and partner up. We are a group of like-minded individuals, each with our own strengths, coming together to provide coworking solutions to the Denver metro area.

“With our locations offering private and shared options, high-tech meeting rooms, virtual office capabilities, event space, best-in-class amenities, and more, there’s no solution in town like what we’re offering.”

The largest coworking franchise network in the world and a division of United Franchise Group, CoWorks, includes Venture X and Office Evolution (UFG). In order to address the constantly expanding need for flexible office space throughout the world, CoWorks is dedicated to establishing and partnering with consumer-focused brands.

The business has established a hub-and-spoke development strategy, focusing on key metropolitan regions and taking advantage of Venture X’s and Office Evolution’s distinctive features to strategically plant facilities in high-demand areas. The cross-brand partnership in Denver highlights the similarities between the two ideas and demonstrates how they can work together in any market.

Jason Anderson, president of Office Evolution and CoWorks, states: “Venture X and Office Evolution have flexible options that complement each other, so it makes sense to collaborate in finding solutions for members,” comments Michael White, president of Venture X. From large companies looking for flexible options to start-up entrepreneurs needing agile and creative workspaces and for independent, industrious professionals seeking support and an experienced business network, together, we have more to offer.”

Due to the growing popularity of mixed work schedules among both individuals and businesses, the demand for flexible workspaces has soared recently. Thousands of square feet of office space are still available in Denver, just like in many other major cities across the world. This supports the trend away from traditional office spaces and provides room for the expansion of flexible workspaces.

Venture X and Office Evolution offers a range of adaptable office options, from private offices and conference spaces to virtual offices that give safe and professional business addresses, as well as hospitality-focused facilities that serve a varied member base.

Ray Titus, CEO of UFG, says: “We are pleased that Channen, Diane and their partners saw the tremendous advantage of having a cross-branded presence in Denver and are maximizing the strategy we have developed in our CoWorks division. They are an exceptionally talented group of people who have a deep understanding of the Denver market and will undoubtedly help countless members of the local business community thrive and succeed.”
