Lincoln Hospitality owns and operates La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie and Distillery in Dubai. Both the brands are considered as experiential dinning in premium locations. In the recent announcements, Lincoln Hospitality founder and CEO Ralph Homer has said that both La Serre and Distillery, are now open for franchise.
Mr Ralph added: “Through our franchising programme we are creating an opportunity for people to join us and become part of the success story and we will help them every step of the way. Those looking to franchise our brands can be reassured that they will have our full support, starting from when the keys are handed over and throughout the post-handover period – we maintain strong working relationships with our franchisees and clients. We are excited to see these restaurants flourish in new markets and based on the outstanding success so far, I have absolute confidence that they will.”
La Serre first opened in 2013 and has been a benchmark for fine-dining French cuisine in the emirate. Award winning La Serre restaurant has been continuous praise and recognized by Time Out Dubai and Esquire Middle East. Further, they will soon be opening the second La Serre venue at Habtoor Palace in Q3. After which they plan to branch out to New York, London and Riyadh in the future.
Gastropub brand Distillery which was first launched in June 2019, with a Shoreditch-esque atmosphere will also open be open to franchise.
Homer added: “2021 is a very big year for Lincoln Hospitality as we embark on our expansion journey. Since we founded the company in 2018, we have been committed to building and maintaining a positive reputation for our brands.”
