1.How did you enter the franchise business?

Our first store location was in Dubai and since then we have extended our branches to different emirates within the UAE. With the start of our Dubai project, we received a stunning response from customers, and the demand for our products was great, and our spread on the social media reached all over UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Ajman

Due to increased inquiries, we thought about having other branches in other countries and we had interested investors in opening a branch. This is when, we thought of getting into the franchise business and have seen a potential success within UAE and other countries.

2.Where and how did the idea of your concept come from?

Before starting our project, we studied the problems faced by restaurants and bakeries around the world and in different cultures. We dealt with this problem by relying on a well-thought-out and written system for all the steps of the shop, from the recipe, the method to bake, and the management.

And we established the shop on modern scientific systems and studied plans, written, and electronically preserved.
