In this interview with the Founder of Hamada Restaurant – Raed Shaban Hamada, we discuss the passion that has been their main inspiration for bringing food from the farm to your plate with love.
It’s our family name, and as long as this name is a pure Arabic name, we decided to adopt it as our brand name.
The logo consists of our family name as well as the jar, which is recognized as the broad beans jar.
We adopt the latest technology to maintain and improve the standards and quality of the products we serve to our customers. We periodically run several scientific researches to develop our products. We are the first restaurant in the region to gain ISO, Haccap and many other recognitions. We are very keen to serve our clients with the highest level of safety and we choose our chain of supply very carefully.
The franchisee should reflect the right image of Hamada as a unique name with high standards and quality products and services. In brief they must be keen to serve food for the clients and the franchisee must love to eat with his family.
If the franchisee worked on proper planning, maintained the standards, did the right marketing and served his audience with love and sincerity, it wont take longer than one year.
The challenge was how to maintain our products and services to very high standards compared with other competitors.
We overcame this challenge by employing the right people with the right experience and communication skills. In addition, we adopted the latest technology to maintain and raise the standards and quality of the products and services.
Gaining customer satisfaction and being number one in our field, led to the expansion of our network and helped us reach 38 branches as of today, that serve tens of thousands of families daily.
We are happy to watch the 38 branches from the control room and be rest assured that the operation is meeting the regulation.
The best moment in the franchise journey was the huge number of interests I received, which makes me feel proud and happy after 33 years of hard work.
After the successful journey during the past 33 years, I can tell that we will keep expanding Hamada around the world and will keep working till we reach the number one choice for this meal in the Levant at least.
If you wish to reach a point where your business has franchise potential, never give up, believe in your dream, always dig for information and keep on developing your services.
