A popular name in the beauty care segment, she carried the brand on the guarantee of high quality results that earned her the success and reputation. With over 100 branches and still growing. Neslim Güngen is one of the most sought after beauty centres in Turkey.
I started my own brand in 2014. Then I opened my second and third branch. After the requests, we started to give franchises. Today, I have 100 branches.
For investors who want to open a beauty center, we have developed a franchise model where every detail is considered from A to Z. For this; We carry out all the steps, including location consultancy, architectural design support, personnel recruitment, device and protocol training, social media and digital marketing consultancy, with our own expert team.
Before I started franchising, the beauty industry knew the name Neslim Güngen. With my success in microblading, I gave courses at many universities and courses. I wanted the brand I was going to establish to bear my own name.
I wanted to establish a brand worth diamonds. Because, my goal has always been to be the best in the industry. Therefore, we designed a logo combining the name Neslim Güngen and the diamond.
I have been in the beauty industry for 23 years. I gave lessons to many people who opened beauty centers in Turkey, I trained students for the sector. There was no treatment for stretch marks in Turkey. With the protocol I brought from Brazil, stretch mark treatment is now possible in Turkey. I research innovations in the industry worldwide. Apart from that, we manufacture our own devices and products in our own factory. We are a few steps ahead of the others, since there is no such thing in the Turkish beauty industry.
We want our franchisees to be visionary and able to own their business. Being at the forefront is very important in this industry. Men and women visit us to feel better. Therefore, it is very important to offer them the best service in the most friendly way.
It varies by region. On average it is 3-4 months.
Until the pandemic started, we were importing our devices from abroad for our branches. With the pandemic, this process has become almost impossible. We needed to do something and we decided to set up our own factory. Now, we manufacture all devices ourselves, both for our branches and dealers, in our factory where our own engineers and R&D specialists work.
I am the owner of Turkey’s leading beauty center chain with 100 branches.
We are very busy at the office. At the same time, I have to follow the innovations in the beauty industry all around the world. We hold meetings for both innovations and current business. I have a strong team behind me, we are always working with them to do better.
We have branches in almost every city in Turkey. Now, receiving worldwide demand and meeting with foreign investors may be the best point of my career.
I am working to make the Neslim Güngen brand a global brand and to have 2000 branches around the world.
