I went to law school and practiced law for over 5 years until my brother-in-law asked me if I want to join him in a franchise venture that he establish in 2004 and named Crepe Delicious. After a lot of thought, I decided to join him, and honestly, I did not regret it. Today Crepe Delicious has over 80 locations in 8 countries and Salus Fresh Foods become a big part of our franchise family.
Salus Fresh Foods Founder finds a large disconnect between healthy food prepared at home and healthy food being served in a QSR. This is how Salus Fresh Foods was born.
Salus was the Roman goddess of health and well being

We are a REAL healthy concept. When your target customers that health is in their mind they can see the difference between a brand that cutting corners to a brand that provides a REAL healthy meal. Salus fresh foods prepare all ingredients in-house which include homemade dressing made daily from scratch at the store and cooked protein and seafood.
Our goal is to help people to live better lives.
We looking for a partner that believes in the brand and is excited about the brand and the message the brand delivers.
We looking for a hard worker, team player, smart, resilient, communicator, and accountable partner, I hope we not asking too much (;
On average 2-3 years
I thought I saw it all until Covid hit. No doubt that Covid provides us with the most changeling time for our business. As a Canadian company, we had lots of government restrictions that allow us for many months to do business only on delivery and take out. We already master the delivery before Covid but Covid pushes us to master the delivery platform even more.
We communicate with our partners on daily basis. Visit our stores on daily basis and support our franchisees in front of their suppliers, banks, and the LL’s as needed.
Our head office has a daily meeting where we discuss menu adjustments, operation manual adjustments, increase the marketing budget, and much more.
Covid has taught me that relationships, resilience, and hard work will pay off.
My wife and my kids (:
