Over his career, James has successfully awarded thousands of new franchise locations throughout the United States and worked with new and existing franchise groups in several other countries. James has earned a reputation among franchisors for implementing strategic programs that yield validated results.

James’ passion lies in working with franchisors who are ready to grow their brands to the next level – in the right way with a clearly define process and plan. He has a validated reputation of building a franchise development department from the ground up in all phases.
